2. Net Banking Payment Process
If the customer selects Net Banking while placing an order, payment will be completed at the time of delivery.
Our delivery representative will deliver the order to the customer. After delivery, a QR Code payment popup will be displayed in the delivery application. The customer can scan the QR Code and complete the payment securely.
3. Order Cancellation
Ajab Gajab does not provide an order cancellation option. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
4. Delivery
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, product availability, and operational conditions.
5. Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide accurate delivery information and cooperate during the delivery and payment process.

Ajab Gajab reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

8. Address, Location & GPS Permission
To ensure timely and accurate delivery, customers must provide a complete and correct delivery address, area, zone, landmark, and contact details.
Customers may be required to enable GPS and grant location permission while placing orders.
Location access helps identify the customer's service zone, estimate delivery times, and assist delivery personnel in reaching the destination.
Ajab Gajab shall not be responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect addresses, disabled GPS, denied location permissions, or inaccurate location information.
9. Delivery Zone Policy
Orders are delivered according to the customer's delivery zone and service availability.
Delivery times may vary depending on traffic conditions, weather, distance, and operational requirements.
10. Customer Responsibility
- Provide accurate address details.
- Provide correct zone and landmark information.
- Keep GPS and location services enabled when required.
- Remain available during delivery.
- Cooperate with delivery personnel.
11. Limitation of Liability
Ajab Gajab shall not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, disabled GPS, network failures, customer unavailability, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or circumstances beyond company control.
